Jin Yang App Data Deletion Request
Users of the Jin Yang app can request deletion of personal data related to direct online ordering, table bookings, and customer enquiries.
To request deletion, please email:
jinyangrestaurant@gmail.com
Please include:
- Your full name
- The phone number or email address used for your order or booking
- A short note saying you would like your Jin Yang app-related data deleted
We will review and respond to deletion requests within a reasonable time.
Data that may be deleted where possible includes customer contact details, booking details, order contact details, and delivery information that Jin Yang Chinese Restaurant can access.
Some records may need to be retained where required by law, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, payment processing, or order dispute purposes.
The Jin Yang app does not store payment card details. Online payments are processed securely by the restaurant's payment and ordering providers.
